into a handmade sculpture. The more details you provide, the better we can
capture the unique features and personality of your piece.

We recommend sending well-lit photos
from the front and side views. For pets, you can also include images that show
their colors, size, markings, and any special details.

Each piece is completely handmade.
Production usually takes 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the
sculpture and the number of orders currently in progress.

Once your payment is confirmed, your
order will be added to our production schedule. We will provide you with an
estimated start date and delivery timeframe.

We may share progress photos when
needed. Small adjustments are included; however, major changes after the piece
has started may require an additional fee.

No. Each creation is handmade,
making every piece truly unique. Our goal is to capture the essence and
personality of your subject, although slight variations may occur due to the
handmade nature of the process.

All our sculptures are made with
high-quality wool, a wire structure for support, and carefully selected
accessories made from plastic and other materials.

Although we carefully package every
piece, if your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48
hours of delivery with photos of the package and the product so we can help
find a solution.
